8 Things To Do In Calgary This Week (September 8-11)

The days following a holiday Monday are the worst, aren’t they? Luckily there are a ton of fun places and events that will almost definitely take your mind off the grind! Here are 8 things to do in Calgary this week, from farmers’ markets, food festivals and concerts, to day trip activities, and museum visits. We think it’s pretty safe to say we’ve finally got a hang of this ‘safe, but still fun’ thing, wouldn’t you?

VISIT A CALGARY POP-UP MARKET

Fruit and vegetables just taste better when they’re bought outside, don’t they? Kale yeah, they do! This week, through until Thanksgiving the local farms in partnership with the city will be hosting pop-up farmers’ markets all over the Calgary encouraging you to buy fresh, Alberta-grown, good-for-you produce!

VISIT THE FARMERS’ MARKET IN HILLHURST

This week, shop around, get some fresh air, and support local by browsing the vendors at this season’s Hillhurst Sunnyside Farmers’ Market! For those who are ready to go out and resume everyday life, they’ve taken the necessary precautions to keep you all as safe as possible. They’ve even exclusively given the 60+ crowd their own hours!

ATTEND A CONCERT UNDER THE STARS
