Buttermilk is back with weekend pop-ups!

If you’ve been lamenting the loss of Buttermilk Waffles as much as we have, fear not, because they’re returning to Calgary this Friday. After closing their doors on January 1, they’re coming back in a different location as a ‘pop-up’ (read, weekends only).

Moving only a few blocks away to 4th Street, Buttermilk will be serving up delicious brunch items Friday to Sunday, with a menu that includes, you guessed it, a lot of waffles. Go for a single sweet one with toppings like Village Ice Cream, Nutella and Banana, or plain old maple syrup. Or, mix things up and get a savoury one with toppings like goat cheese and arugula or ham and asiago cheese. We will definitely be trying out the waffle benedict, and for your extra hungover friend, there will be Chicken and Waffles available.
If you somehow missed out on Buttermilk while they had their permanent location, then this will be the perfect opportunity to try them out and discover the magic that is delicious waffles for breakfast.
