Eat boutique at this new Farmers Market

Fresh Waygu beef. Fine, freshly baked bread. Wine to sip as you shop. Do these things sound good to you? Dumb question, we know– of course, they do… so Calgary, it’s time to hit up the new Farmers Market we can’t get enough of, Marda Loop Mercantile.
Described as a “premium quality marketplace” with a focus on “fresh, local, seasonal and handcrafted foods”, the Mercantile is everything we ever dreamed of and more. They’ve got tasty down pat, from sausage to seafood to sweet and savoury pies… and every time we think about it we drool. TMI?

You could literally eat every meal of the day at this place. The bistro serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and second breakfast (a necessity), so no matter your craving, you’re covered.
But if that’s not enough, the eats/sips from The Farmer’s House, Pie Cloud, Brant Lake Wagyu, or Latte Love Art Luxury Espresso Bar have our taste buds feeling positively blessed.
And we mentioned the fact that you can sip something strong while you shop, right? We’re not saying the liquor license is the best part, but it definitely makes that dreaded groceries trip 300x less painful. Cheers to that.
We strongly recommend you hit this place before the week is up, Calgs. The eats are just too good to hesitate.
