Happy Friday, YYC! Maybe it’s just a sign of the times, but these days seem to come and go in a flash so it’s incredibly important to make the most of them! Whether you chose to stay inside, go outdoors or go virtual, here are 10 things that you and your family can do in and around Calgary this weekend!

HIT THE DRIVE-THRU!

This weekend, the YYC Food Trucks are back at it, taking over the Grey Eagle with everyone’s favourite mobile Taco spots. Not only will every truck be cooking up a unique take on the tasty treat, but Crispy Creme will also make an appearance, selling their melt in your mouth donuts for charity. You won’t want to miss it!

TAKE A STROLL WITH THE PENGUINS AT THE ZOO

Every day from now and until mid-March, Calgarians looking for a wholesome winter activity are encouraged to mask up and head to the Calgary Zoo for the annual Penguin Walk! Of course, this event depends on the weather – so before heading out, check their website for updates!
