Rental of The Week: Insane design and a courtyard fireplace
Welcome back to another installment of homes we could maybe afford if our friends wanted to live with us, but they don’t, so we can’t! This week in Curiocity Calgary’s rental of the week, we’ve got courtyards and stairwells that look like they lead to the Batcave. Let’s dive in!
CALGARY RENTAL OF THE WEEK
This three-and-a-half bathroom, three-bedroom home is 3241 square feet of near perfection. The entire place features high-end appliances and gorgeous finishes.
The kitchen is open concept and has cabinets that are so glossy you can see your own reflection. Also, there’s a ton of counter space and the island is a size no one would complain about.

The attached living room has a large fireplace perfect for those chillier nights, and south-facing windows. The layout looks pretty cozy and there are huge windows. Yass natural light.
All bedrooms have ensuites, but the master bath, in particular, is incredible. It’s huge, yeah, but it’s the little details that make it so impressive. The tiling is really unique and the freestanding tub is amazing. The closet is also massive with an attached laundry room with a washer and dryer which is super convenient.
There’s nothing too special about the other bedrooms – but we feel like we should mention the one with the dinosaur decal. It’s just cool. That’s it.
Like we’ve already mentioned the home has a courtyard. How many people can say they have their own courtyard? Not many. Enjoy sitting by the fireplace, and appreciating how pretty snow actually is in the killer indoor/outdoor space!
This former show home is located just on the outskirts of Calgary, as are most luxury homes, and will only cost you $4995 a month…. so we’re now taking roommate applications. We make a solid grilled cheese, and we’re pretty clean and quiet! We swear!
