Local launches #wearecalgarybusiness initiative to aid spread awareness

As most of you must have heard by now, local businesses have been pretty hard by the COVID outbreak. Luckily, Calgary-proud companies like Clearmotive Marketing Group, who have been fortunate enough to help, are doing exactly that with the #wearecalgarybusiness initiative.

“It is time for the business community to come together across our city and across our country to ensure we provide each other with the support we need.” Tyler Chisholm said in a press release sent to Curiocity.

Clearmotive is calling on all owners, leaders, influencers and managers to join them in standing up for the small business community. “#wearecalgarybusiness aims to inject hope by pre-booking, promoting, or financially investing in local small businesses.”

This can include purchasing an online yoga class for your team to do at home, or ordering a team lunch from your favourite restaurant for your employees to enjoy remotely together. To do this, determine how much you’re willing to spend and contact the business directly.

Once you’re all set up hashtag your expierience using #wearecalgarybusiness, to spread awareness and inspire others to do the same!

“If we think like a family and truly support each other, not only will we survive, we will thrive!”

We’ve got this, Calgary! Help your neighbours, purchase local!
