Heritage Park to reopen in phases starting May 27th

We’ve spent the vast majority of quarantine daydreaming of a simpler time. Horses, saloons, and big fancy hats. Some real West World season 1 business… sans robot uprising. This is why we were beyond excited when we found out that Calgary’s Heritage Park would begin to reopen this week!
The attraction will begin reopening in phases, starting with the Haskayne Mercantile Block shops. This will include the Toy Shoppe and Switzer’s. As well as the Plaza Mercantile and Corner Emporium!

Unfortunately, Selkirk Grille will remain closed for dine-in service, but they’ll still be taking curbside take out orders, between Thursday and Saturday. For that we can be thankful.
As required by the Alberta government, several precautions will take place, and they will only operate at a capacity that enables visitors to take physical distancing measures.
Everything will generally operate as per usual, opening at 10 am, closing at 5 pm, every day from Wednesday to Sunday. Ahh, just like old times. Man, are we ready for some normalcy!
We’ll see you out there, folks… from 6 feet away, of course.,
