Denim brand Duer to open third Canadian location in Calgary next week

YYC is about to get mighty dapper in denim because beloved Canadian apparel brand Duer will be opening a storefront right here in Calgary next week.
This 2000-square-foot space in Mission, formally occupied by Lululemon, will join the Toronto and Vancouver locations in Duer’s national, maybe even, global, takeover.

If you’ve never heard of Duer, you’re in for a treat. These guys create surprisingly technical, stylish, and comfortable jeans for all genders that came out of a dire need for versatility and comfort.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the business will only be open to those who make appointments to visit the store and shop around.
“Expanding into Calgary has been on our radar for a couple of years,” said Founder Gary Lenett. “Although opening a new retail location in the current climate isn’t a simple task, it hasn’t clouded our enthusiasm.”
Like it’s sister stores, Duer Calgary will be more than JUST a store. This one stop-jean shop will also double as an adult playground complete with an indoor playground, monkey bars, swings, and soft rubber flooring. Who knew you could have so much fun while shopping for pants?
