Build-your-own insane Caesars at this Calgary spot

Is it really a Caesar if you don’t have a ridiculous amount of food piled on top? No, no it’s not– so skip the weak single pickle action and get yourself a real DRANK. Where to go, you ask? Well, no other place than The Beltliner itself, since their build-your-own Caesar bar is absolutely banging.

Pop by 12th Avenue this weekend for brunch service, and allow your inner bartender to run wild. Start with the classic $7 gin/vodka and Walter Caesar clamato and add basic options like pepperoni sticks, celery, or pickles… and then go bonkers with $3 toppings like bacon, perogies, chocolate cake (we’re not asking questions), and cookies (still not).

If you’re really trying to push the limits, though, you’d better dive into the $5 add-ons. We’re talking meal-sized toppings here, people! Chicken and waffles, spicy shrimp skewers, breakfast sammies, smoked beef, and Caprese salads that have somehow disguised themselves as garnishes are all available. We don’t know how they did it, but we’re damn glad they did.
