Calgary, meat our new smokehouse: Smoke N Fusion
We already went pretty hard on the Avenida praise, but we’re back at it again. Opening at the market in April, Smoke N Fusion is changing the South Calgary restaurant game, and they’re doing it smokehouse style.
With crazy flavourful eats from kangaroo to brisket to chicken and waffles, S&F is not playing around. However, they say their spot is about much more than just “breaking cornbread”, it’s about “building relationships and growing communities”, too. Wholesome!

S&F’s proud to support their extended family of not-for-profit organizations, so eating there’s not only a good call for your taste buds, but it’s also a great one for your moral compass. Who knew pancakes with bacon inside could be so beneficial to everyone?!
Essentially, they’re out here proving that there’s nothing that cannot be smoked. Sounds like a challenge to us… and we’re happy to do the taste testing.
