Get the celebrity treatment at this black-tie Oscars viewing party
We’re a star. Or at least that’s what our Mom told us growing up. Despite most of us having caviar dreams, a mansion in Calabasas and an invitation to a Hollywood award show just aren’t in the cards. Although, a fancy Oscars viewing party at The Grand in Calgary is! Same diff, right?
This weekend, play black-tie dress up and even get the celebrity treatment at the 2020 Red Carpet Oscars party and fundraiser.
At this event, guests are encouraged to glow all the way up, walk the red carpet, wine like Streep, and Dine like DiCaprio while watching a live stream of the 92nd annual Acadamy Awards.

Food will be catered by Workshop Kitchen and Culture, so you know it’ll be incredible. Also, you’ll also have a ton of great prizes and games to look forward to.
At the end of the evening, there will also be a best-dressed contest, so you better bring your A-list game.
Did we mention this is a fundraiser? Proceeds from this event will directly benefit the 12-day Fall Festival and year-round programming initiatives. The donation will help drive CIFF’s mission to create the most compelling films and festivals.
