Calgary course becomes first in Canada with ‘single rider electric golf cycles’

Golf carts are a thing of the past, people! Well, we might be jumping the gun a tad, but Calgary’s Lynx Ridge Golf Course has changed the game, as it’s officially the first course in Canada to offer Finn Scooters, AKA “Single Rider Electric Golf Cycles”.
If you haven’t heard of these things, well, that makes sense. After all, this is the first time they are in Canada! They come with some pretty high praises, winning the Golf Digest Editors Choice Best Alternative Transport award in both 2019 & 2020. That’s a lot of words for an award, but hey, a win’s a win.

Lynx Ridge now has 8 of these available and is currently offering them on a first-come, first-serve basis. So you’re going to have to keep your fingers crossed that you snag one of these for your round.
Although we wouldn’t recommend doubling up on these bad boys for fear of looking like Lloyd & Harry on their way to Denver.
