A HUGE new indoor holiday display with 270,000 dazzling lights is coming to Calgary

It’s almost the most breathtaking season of the year, and Calgary’s TELUS Spark Science Centre wants in on the action. Plan accordingly, YYC, because yet another mesmerizing display of LEDs and holiday spirit will light up even the coldest nights in 2020.

Grab your loved ones, a friend, or a new flame and experience a scientifically charged evening of wonder and absolute delight – especially if you’re a big fan of the cosmos.

Upon entering the science centre, guests will begin a self-guided exploration through 270,000 bulbs to one of Canada’s largest dome theatres, which will be decked out to look like a 36-foot tall ice cave.  Once inside, warm up around the “bonfire” and look up at shooting stars and constellations. Uhm, wow. 

Honestly, if all of this doesn’t sound magical AF to you, we’re not sure that anything will do the trick. Consider us sold, Spark. You really got us with this one.
