Krikey! Another incredibly unique looking grizzly was spotted near Banff National Park. This is the second time this spring that a rare coloured bear was seen wandering around the site.
This time, the little guy was actually mistaken for a panda bear, because of his brown body and little white head. According to CTV the grizzly and it’s sibling are around 6 months old and have been seen by both Banff Staff and Kootenay Park workers.

Because they are so young, and so freaking cute, Parks Canada has asked people to keep their distance. These little guys are exploring their home for the very first time and we can pretty much assure you, that momma bear is a heck of a lot less cuddly, and definitely not as cute.
This has actually been quite the issue with Banff’s new-born wildlife. Nakoda, the affectionately named white grizzly spotted months ago, has caused a bit of a stir with tourists. The park asks that anyone who sees these little guys, not stop to take pictures, and continue on their way.
Yes, they’re amazing creatures, but they deserve to be left in peace, guys! Make sure you’re keeping them just as safe as you’d keep yourselves, and instead just check out the photos above.
Pure little rascals, aren’t they?
