8 things to do in Calgary this weekend (December 13-15)

Hey, Calgary! We’ve hit the mid-December mark. Are you as surprised as we are? The month has flown by and there is no sign of it slowing down. Now that it’s officially the holiday season, there are a ton of exciting things to do around town, but if you’re having some trouble deciding what to do with your time, here 8 things to do this weekend in Calgary.

Shuffle Club YYC Grand Opening

Lions’ Festival of Lights

Calgary’s largest free drive-by light festival is back! See over 500,000 lights all along 14th street and get your holiday spirit on. It’s tradition, after all.

This iconic Euro-Caribbean band invented the disco wedding turn-up, when they released Rasputin in 1978. They will be in Calgary with their original singer this Friday!

Alberta Ballet Presents: The Nutcracker

Polar Express at Aspen Crossing

All aboard Aspen Crossing Polar Express! Just outside the Calgary limits, a magical experience inspired by the motion picture awaits!
