This week, check out the Glenbow Museum’s mysterious new exhibit. Vivian Maier: In Her Own Hands features over 100 photographs found at a Chicago auction house by chance, each giving the viewer insight into 30 years of American city life as captured by one of the most enigmatic figures of twentieth century photography.

YYC HOT CHOCOLATE FEST 2020

We hope your whipped cream is locked and loaded because Calgary’s sweetest festival is here! For an entire month every winter, several participating business around the city craft their very best version of everyone’s favourite seasonal drink in hopes of winning a coveted title.

CALL ME OLD FASHIONED

PLATINUM BLONDE

Teasing combs at the ready! This Canadian band is throwing it way back to the 80s. Platinum Blonde is best known for their songs “Crying Over You”, “Doesn’t Really Matter” and “Not in Love”, and they’re hitting the Grey Eagle for one of the craziest concerts this February.
