You could get paid to make TikToks of your dog, here’s how

Your dog is a light, a gift, an angel- but does your pup have what it takes to be internet famous? Bark Co., the company behind the BarkBox subscription service, is looking for a four-legged TikTok talent and their human to dominate the platform with adorable content.

The candidate will be asked to come up with fun ideas to incorporate their products, record and release three videos daily, have fun, and go viral. Which shouldn’t be that difficult if your dog is really just as cute as you think he or she is.

While no experience is required, the company does recommend that in addition to having a precious-faced pup, the applicant has an intermediate-to-expert knowledge of TikTok… you know, because that’s all that you’ll really be using to do this particular job. My, how times have changed.

Skills like using popular soundbites and being comfortable with social media are serious assets but can be learned on the job – so it isn’t technically necessary but a wacky sense of humour is!

Note why you’re interested in the job, even though that should be obvious, some samples of your “work” be it TikTok videos, your dog’s Instagram account, or your blog and a photo of your dog.

They also want to know what your favourite quality of theirs is your favourite – which is likely everything because dogs are perfect.
