Top Vegas resorts are now offering ‘Viva Las Office’ deals so people can work poolside

Apparently in 2020, what happens in Sin City stays in Sin City, but then it’s also shared with your fellow co-workers during the Monday morning Zoom meeting. Two MGM Resorts in Las Vegas (the Bellagio and ARIA) have just launched some brand new work packages so fancy feastin’ executives can enjoy a change of scenery while continuing to rake in the dough.
Obviously, we can’t recommend leaving Canada to go down there and do this, but we do have an idea…What exactly do we have to do in order to get hotels in Canada to start doing this?!

Despite knowing in our hearts that working poolside and ordering room service would burn a serious hole in our wallet, we absolutely would book a stay- if only for a few days.
The popular hotel chain’s “Viva Las Office” package, in particular, is actually kind of crazy so we’re not saying rehash it amenity for amenity… unless they’re feeling really ambitious.
This bad boy includes your own assistant, your room, and a meal card which will be reloaded daily, but that’s not all. For an additional price, worker bees can also rent a private cabana and have a poolside massage… Also, they are allowing people to bring their pets.
“We understand that working from home every day can become taxing and monotonous,” said Atif Rafiq, President of Commercial and Growth for the MGM Resort in Las Vegas. “These packages are designed to offer the best of both worlds. A safe, spacious work setting while still allowing guests to enjoy the amenities and experiences Las Vegas is known for through a single offering.”
Huh. Not bad, MGM – it really is too bad that we’re thousands of miles away. Your move, Ramada. Super 8, Holiday Inn, Delta – you guys too. We’re waiting!
