The Weather Network just released its new Winter Forecast for Canada

Guess what folks! The Weather Network has released its winter forecast in Canada! Yay, now we can know with certainty just how gross this winter is going to be. The answer? Pretty gross, without being insanely gross. Nice, now you can return to business as usual.
Nah, just kidding, we know you want more information than that.
The best way to describe this winter is that it’s like a big target. The center of the target is where the weather will be the worst, with things getting milder as you move to the edge of the circle.

Survey reports that Calgary is the best city for driving on earth

So Vancouver, you can breathe a sigh of relief since you’re the only major city with a ‘slightly above normal’ outlook. Edmonton and Calgary, on the other hand, are in store for a ‘slightly below normal’ winter. Ok, yikes but not major yikes.
Toronto, finally, could see the worst of it. While it’s in the same ring as Calgary and Edmonton, it’s also closer to the dreaded ‘below normal’ section. On top of that, it’s the only city of the 4 to have an ‘above normal’ precipitation outlook.
Colder and snowier! Just how us Canadians like it, eh?
