Someone actually put bubble bath in one of Calgary’s public fountains (VIDEO)

Someone finally did it. After (what we can only assume was) a lifetime of thinking “what if” they actually filled one of Calgary’s public fountains with bubble bath.
While we certainly don’t condone the actions of this person, we can’t help but wish we had been there to see it in all of its foamy glory.
According to the people of the internet who actually watched all the action from beginning to end on a live stream of the park, the perp bubble bombed Central Memorial just after 1 am on Wednesday morning.

Now, as far as we know, no pipes or greenery have been reported as damaged, and no one was harmed in the frothing of the park. Public fountains are made to withstand winter, rocks, and branches, and we guarantee the grass in a public downtown park has seen things a lot worse than soap.
This particular mess was gone by noon the following day… but the photos and videos of the incident will live forever – and for that, we can all be grateful.
It was pretty cool while it lasted… just don’t do it again, whoever you are. You naughty Nancy, you.
