Well if this isn’t a perfect representation of weather in YYC then we don’t know what is. Calgary saw a 20-degree drop in temperature, a beautiful cotton-candy sky, a chinook arch for the ages, and a white-out blizzard all within 24 hours.
Surprised? Nope. That’s just the way things go here in Cowtown. That being said, this marks the second large snowfall of the season and we haven’t even hit Thanksgiving. Wait, isn’t it only fall? Goodness gracious, Calgary, can we wait until we’ve settled we’ve passed Halloween before Michael Buble’s Christmas album gets put on repeat?
