Rent a spot in Western Canada’s new tallest building

Chances are high that you’ve seen Western Canada’s tallest building recently, it’s pretty hard to miss. Stantec Tower has a whopping 66 floors of mixed-use facilities, and guess what, the top 36 of those are reserved for condos. Don’t know what Stantec Tower is? Well, that may be because it’s brand new and because it’s in Edmonton. Sorry, Cowtown, but Edmonton has us beat in the height department. Guess we’ll have to settle with the Rockies at our doorstep!

In anticipation of the completion of SKY Residences, the developers are hosting an open house for free at the end of April. Frankly, there’s a lot going on at SKY, so we’ll give you a quick rundown.

The amenity space on the 30th floor has 20,000 square feet available. Features here include a massive patio, a yoga studio, a gym, a sauna… the list goes on. Arguably the best parts are the BBQs, which will make SKY the best rooftop space of the summer.

As for the condos themselves, prices start at around $325K and peak at $1.13M. Considering that the building is brand new, we think that it’s a great bargain for skyrise living.
