Rental of the Week: Furnished exec. suite in the Beltline
Moving sucks, but hey! There’s a solution for that. It’s called a furnished rental. Rolls off the tongue, doesn’t it Calgary? This week on Curiocity Calgary Rental of the Week, we’ve got a gorgeous executive suite with wicked stuff. And you get to keep it. Rock on!

You’ve got an open concept, two bedrooms with two bathrooms, and sweet 11 foot ceilings and windows. Sharing with someone? You’ll have lots of space in this extra-large bedroom. Plus, the 2nd bed can be used as a large office or guest room with that handy ol’ Murphy bed.

Over on the kitchen side of things we’ve got a beautiful waterfall granite counter top. Gotta love it. Plus you’ve got an electric stove top, garburator, water filtration system, dual sink, and tiled backsplash to keep things spicy.
Did we mention the best part yet? Nope, don’t think we did. Picture this: the place has got a huge 300 sq ft. balcony. Ohhhh, baby. Is it BBQ szn or is it BBQ szn? Just take a look at that bad boy below and imagine the drinking games you could fire off with your pals. Move in here and boom! Days later you’re already the most popular friend.
Also, there is AC, an in-suite washer/dryer, a heated/secured parking stall, and a storage unit included. As if this place wasn’t sweet enough already. Plus, the almost perfect walking score of 98 is pretty dang clutch too. We love it all.
