Calgary Rental of the Week: 500 Eau Claire Ave
Location, location, location. At least that’s what we seem to hear every time we turn HGTV on. It echoes through the house on repeat until we find the remote and change the channel. Maybe we’re just haunted? Real estate ghost? Idk.
Ghosts aside, this location is stellar. Steps from Princes Island Park, you’re tucked next to all the walking and recreation space you want, while still being in the center of it all.

At a positively airy 2200 square feet, you’ve got plenty room to stop, drop and roll when you accidentally light your toast on fire in the gourmet kitchen. Speaking of, check out those cabinets. Such detail. Also, the wine fridge. Such alcohol.
Your Miele appliances and hardwood floors are sure to impress, as will that 6 piece marble ensuite. Honestly, they went kinda HAM with the marble but we don’t blame them. We’d throw money at the walls too if we could.

Step through the French doors to your spacious living room, complete with a stunning fireplace and mantle. There’s posh detailing in the laundry room, even. Fancy don’t stop.
Not only are you living in 2 beds and 2 baths of luxury, but you’ve got TWO assigned underground stalls included. We hear angels. Also, that fountain in the courtyard could probably be a pool if you tried hard and believed in yourself.
Aside from all of that, the building amenities include a health and fitness club, sauna, indoor swimming pool, 24 hour security, concierge, car wash, party room and central air conditioning. Ah, so we don’t have to swim in the fountain. Might still be refreshing though.
