Rental of the Week: 22-foot windows in a sky-high Beltline penthouse

Happy Humpday, friends! Welcome back to Curiocity Calgary’s Rental of the Week! This time around, we’ve got one big, bright, two-storey condo in the Nuera building overlooking the Beltline. This place is high-class, high-rise and high-cost, but very worth the share. Let’s check it out!

CALGARY RENTAL OF THE WEEK

First of all, all utilities are included in this bad boy, and it comes fully furnished. The couches, the bed frames, and the chairs will all be waiting for you upon paying that first deposit, which sounds like absolute bliss. Furniture shopping stresses us out, what can we say?

This 2 bedroom (plus den!), two bathroom penthouse is open and spacious. With over 1,500 square feet, you’re free to roam. Or, you can live comfortably with other people, rarely bumping elbows with them. Our wee little apartment doesn’t afford that luxury.

The unobstructed view of the city from the 30th floor is absolutely insane. See every sunset and every sunrise from one of your two private balconies, or your 22-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. 22 whole feet of window, guys. That’s crazy.

The living spaces in this place are also pretty extravagant. The master bedroom is generous and has a large ensuite bathroom, with a jetted tub and a comfortable closet.

The kitchen is an open concept, great for entertaining. I’ts decked out with high-end appliances, a gas oven and a gas stove. Fancy!

At Nuera, you’re only steps away from the Stampede grounds, shops, bars and the Saddledome events. This building has a gym, concierge, storage spaces, and most importantly, is pet-friendly!

Like we mentioned earlier, luxury like this doesn’t come cheap. This penthouse in the sky will cost you a cool $3,999 a month. Yikes.
