Rental of the Week: 1,800 Sq. Feet of Eau Claire luxury

Put your sneakers on and get ready to run! The Curiocity Calgary Rental of the Week is here with much square footage and such room for activities. We did a cartwheel in this apartment, threw out our backs, and we’re writing this from the floor. Thank goodness they put a bunch of giant area rugs in, it’s kinda comfy.
Calgary Rental of the Week:

Firstly, you need to pop on over to Eau Claire for this one. We’ve got a fully furnished corner unit, which means those glorious spine-saving area rugs are yours to keep!
You’ve got 2 beds and 2 baths. Also, there’s over 1800 sq ft. Finally, this one’s got the perfect pathway for multiple somersaults. Bonus points if you can stick the landing with cheese tray in hand at your housewarming! At least it’ll entertain the guests.

However, let’s talk about the real bonus here. Before you go all Fyre Fest fully prepared to do whatever it takes for parking, you should know this comes with TWO underground stalls!
In Calgary, that’s like a year’s worth of drug money two years’ salary usually. Soak up allllll that designated stall space, baby!

The theme in this rental is wide open space. In fact, you can run in one seamless line from the front entry, past the (in-suite!) laundry and bedrooms, all through the living, and into the kitchen.

Also, the kitchen, speaking of which! It’s more than ample for an apartment, with counter space in enough spots to make you look like a more impressive cook than you actually are. Wow, she needs room for how many cutting boards?
The chic black theme extends into the master bedroom and ensuite. Also, you could probably have a couple illegal squatters sleep in that bathroom to split up that $3500 monthly rent if you really needed to. It’s huge!

The secondary bedroom and bathroom are just as fancy dancy and impressive as the others. It’s gotta be that countertop, it’s the kind of countertop that makes people go “ooh, what a nice countertop.”

So, are we moving in? We can take the bathroom, it’s okay. Or maybe just this lovely expanse of floor near the dining table. We’re easy, really!
