A Teacher will be shot for FX right here in Calgary until October 11th. Based on a 2013 film of the same name, it revolves around Mara’s character falling for a high-schooler. Safe to say we’re glad those roles are already cast because no one wants their on-screen debut to be the centre of controversy.

The tryouts will be held at the Best Western Plus Village Park Inn, on September 21st from 10 am – 6 pm. We’d wish you good luck but we also want to get the part, so instead, we’ll just see you there.
