Japanese megastore Oomomo is opening its first Calgary location
‘Tis the season for giving and receiving! For those who are particularly drawn to bright colours and unique houseware items, Christmas is coming early! After successfully launching in cities all across Canada, the Japanese variety store, Oomomo, is finally opening in Calgary.
Despite being founded in Vancouver, Oomomo actually opened its very first location in West Edmonton Mall (which was a total hit.) Since then, they’ve also popped up in Toronto, Richmond, Burnaby, and Winnipeg for a total of 10 stores nationwide.
With over 18,000 different brands and super unique items, Oomomo has the largest selections of Japanese goods in the country. They literally carry everything from stationery to makeup, to candy, storage units and everything in between.
