Thanks to our friends at Slate Canadian Real Estate Opportunity Fund, Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality and Concorde Entertainment Group, this Calgary skyline staple will be turned into a hotspot for business, dining, and shopping. It will be designed to “reflect the way we work and live now,” but will also pay homage to the history inherent in the space.

If you’re a fan of the food from Buffo, The Guild, Bridgette Bar, or Anju, you’re going to love the new top floor of the 620,000-sq-ft building. O&B and Concorde will be pulling through with another amazing resto, which means that you can expect a menu as breathtaking as the 400-foot-high view.

Meanwhile, the base of the building will become a massive retail and dining area. Expect to see a food hall, great shopping, and another unbelievable restaurant. All of this will be super accessible due to the building’s proximity to the CTrain line and various major bus routes, which is just the icing on the cake.
