Home of the Week: A music video-ready pad with a 34-foot chandelier

Via RE/MAX / Royal LePage

Happy Monday, folks! Welcome back to the Calgary Home of the Week! This time around, we’ve got big chandeliers, Italian marble, and almost unnecessarily high ceilings. Despite it being brand new, this home is wonderfully reminiscent of every home used in every early 2000’s R&B music video. We’re getting serious Usher/”Let it Burn” music video vibes here, but consider us fully on board.  Let’s take a peek, shall we?

CALGARY HOME OF THE WEEK

This 1,888 square foot palace in the Killarney/Rutland area of Calgary has 3 stunning bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms. It’s practically perfect for a small family or just a bunch of really wealthy roomies.

The main floor of the home, like most contemporary pads, is open concept. The kitchen shares a space with the living room and the lobby area. It’s perfect for entertaining, which we can promise you’ll definitely want to do a lot of!

The kitchen includes state of the art everything. It has the largest fridge we’ve ever seen outside of a restaurant, as well as a wine fridge, which is also gigantic.

Every detail in this contemporary monster of a home looks carefully selected. Everything from the cabinets to the granite countertops to the insane 34-foot custom chandelier is beautifully unified.

All bedrooms are absolutely gorgeous, but the star of the show (as per usual) is the luxurious master bedroom. This one has an ensuite, large closet, fireplace and even a coffee bar with a sink and mini-fridge. Seriously, coffee bar. It’s all very 5-star hotel.

The home also includes a Thermidor room with an enclosed bar, an office, a sauna and a steam room. This is all in addition to the fully finished basement and serene backyard. Dang!!

So how much will this flex-tastic clout house cost you? Only $1,466,000. Pocket change, right? If you’re interested you can check out the original posting here!
