Calgary Home of the Week: 15 Pump Hill Close SW

Okay, so we’ve featured some incredible homes in this series, but this might just be the most unique one yet. Sitting on 1.68 acres of private, gated property, this 1976 build is nestled into its surroundings perfectly. Honestly, at first glance, it’s difficult to gauge just how large this home is. Good thing we’ve got the specs!

This Pump Hill gem has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and nearly 9,000 square feet of gorgeous living space. The floor plan is as beautiful as it is bizarre, and we don’t even want to imagine what it cost to use this much wood and stone on nearly every surface in the home.

Obviously, the current owners have instilled some Asian inspiration into various elements of the home. That being said, vaulted ceilings, landscaped gardens, and panoramic views are universally-inspiring elements that we can all agree to love.

Multiple living rooms, nanny quarters, and a large wet bar are also some next-level features of this stunning home. We’re not sure what the deal is with the ultra-funky bathroom set up featured above, but it sure looks expensive.

All in all, this house comes in at $9.888 million, which makes it one of the most expensive homes in the Calgary market right now. For any more information, you can check out the listing right here.
