Expect a comfortable weekend! YYC to see light showers & high of 22°C

Well hey there, YYC! We hope you’ve got outdoor plans this weekend because it might actually be what most would consider ‘perfect’… unless you’re a fan of extremes. According to the Calgary weather forecast, this weekend won’t be too cold, but it won’t be too hot either, AND, it’ll be pretty consistent, which is something we’re not really used to here.
Of course, there’s a bit of a catch, but when isn’t there? Friday will kick off with some showers, but they’ll be pretty short-lived and sporadic throughout the day.

After raindrop or two again on Saturday morning, it’ll be pretty smooth sailing for us! Go out, take a bike ride, or claim a spot in the grass somewhere and enjoy. No, it definitely won’t be the kind of weekend where your hurting for the AC or will feel the need to jump in a river somewhere, but that’s really not all that bad after the several heat warnings that have been issued already this month.
Sunday we’ll hit our weekend high of 22°C, and again, we’re fine with that. All in all, it’ll be a comfortable few days, folks! As always, we do feel the need to remind you how unpredictable the weather is in Calgary. This could all change in the blink of an eye, so keep your peepers peeled, and remember to check the forecast before you head out!
