Calgary expected to see a high of 24°C for Stampede Week

Well, folks, we had a bit of a scare last night, didn’t we? To be honest, that tornado alert nearly knocked us off our butts when it first went off, but after our ears stopped ringing what we read was hardly a surprise. The sky was still pretty blue over the inner city, but in Alberta, you can almost always expect the unexpected. This week, however, if the Calgary weather forecast holds true (with the exception of tomorrow) we’ll be in for a pretty nice few days! Consider our fingers crossed for the best!

Tuesday will be bringing the heat, but it’ll also be bringing buckets of rain, and maybe some lightning – nothing we’re not used to, and nothing that we can’t handle! Just be prepared, friends!

Wednesday will also be kind of cloudy and super humid, but we’ll hardly see any rain and we’re taking that as a win. The fun really kicks off on Thursday though. Until Saturday, we can expect sun, sun, and more sun leading up to a weekly high of 24°C on Saturday.

We’ve got a lot of food trucks to get to this week so we’re hoping the weather cooperates! No matter what the Calgary weather forecast says, we hope you find a way to enjoy yourselves! It is Stampede week, after all!
