BARRE WEST YYC

Barre West is a Calgary studio dedicated to making workouts fun, no matter your skill or experience level. Until AT LEAST March 29th, they’ll be streaming full classes on their Instagram live, and it’s all totally free.
THE YOGA SHALA

Yoga? Nama-stay at home and remember to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. Then do yoga. Calgary’s Yoga Shala Studio is offering FREE online classes for the next two weeks at least, so you can stay zen and centred while in quarantine.
2110 FITNESS

This week, check out 2110 Fitness’s virtual group training sessions! These classes are crazy uppity, and the live coach will be there to keep you accountable and on track.

Trust us, this one will kick your ass. We haven’t given the virtual Method class a go yet, but if it’s anything like their in-studio classes then you’re in for quite a ride. High intensity, plenty of variation, and enough calorie-burning to make a week on the couch worth it.
