You need to check out this delicious new pizza spot in south Calgary
Renowned Calgarian restaurant group, Starbelly, has recently set-up shop a cool new pizza place in the 130th Ave complex and it’s officially open for business! The Starbelly group has brought us some of our local favourites like Starbelly, of course, The Beltliner and now Pink Door Pizza!
The reviews are already pouring in for this place and we can’t wait to get our hands on one of their pies. Known as a “ghost restaurant” (a new term for 2020?) this place has a physical location but they are only offering take-out and delivery through SkiptheDishes.

Looking over their menu there are many things we have on our list to try, like fun and new items from their Funky Bunch collection, Curry Up & Don’t Be Late and Pickle My Fancy. But they also have the classics like Margherita and Hawaiian but you know they will take these ol’ faithful staples and totally elevate them. Executive Chef Justin Lall always focuses on using the freshest ingredients to make dishes that aren’t just tasty but made with love. Heartwarming and belly-filling sounds perfect to us! He is making every dough and every sauce so you know the quality of your pizza is pretty much guaranteed.
With the restaurant scene changing and having to adapt to new normals, we are super excited that a great new local restaurant is able to open up, even if it’s just for take-out and delivery. The Starbelly group has embraced the change and rolled out Pink Door Pizza and our taste buds are thankful for that! They also have hinted at another concept they’re working on so we will keep you posted on that as well.
