This cute new Calgary cafe just added vegan pop-tarts to its menu

Contrary to the popular belief of those who have never actually eaten vegan food, there is an entire world of incredible v-friendly desserts out there! It’s not all avocado puddings and unsweetened baker’s chocolate, people. If you’re not sold on that, the folks at Calgary’s new Element Cafe want to prove it to you!
Poptarts, cookies, pie? That doesn’t sound so ‘boring,’ now does it?
Now, we’re not entirely sure what their new plant-based sweets are made with, but we can’t imagine it would be anything crazy or stomach-turning. After all, things looking this good usually taste even better.

Because we haven’t been able to make our way over there since they launched any of their new treats, we can’t vouch for their take on the Kellogg’s favourite. We’ve never gotten fork deep in there pie but we have tried their v-friendly pizza rolls, which they bring in from the Canela Bakery, and oh man.
If those are any indication, we are in for something special. Check it out, Calgary! Who knows, you might just bite into your new favourite snack.
