Calgary Eats: Signature Recipes from the City’s Best Restaurants and Bars, is a collection of YYC’s best and it’s actually available on Amazon for less than $40.
Calgary Eats was put together by Gail Norton, Karen Ralph, and includes a foreword from Julie Van Rosendaal.
This celebration of Calgary’s vibrant food scene features cocktails and meals from 40 of your favourite restaurants, including Foreign Concept, Mercato, Una and even Oxbow.
