Proof cocktail bar gets a wicked new happy hour menu
It’s no secret that we love our drinks here at Curiocity. You know what else we love? Saving money. Thrifty pals unite! It’s time to sip on something amazing at Proof, since they just launched a crazy awesome new happy hour.
It’s on every day from 4pm-7pm, which are wicked hours for all of us after-work schmoozers. Martinis, Manhattans, Old fashioneds, Negronis… all your faves are on here, and they’re at amazing prices.

Here’s the official lowdown:
- $6 all beer
- $7 house wine
- $8 classic cocktails (including Martinis, Manhattans, Old fashioneds, Negronis, French 75s, White sangria, Fire in the pharmacy, and the rotating feature cocktail)
- $5 ‘on toast’ food special (+$5 to match a sherry of vermouth with the toast)
Bonus: on Mondays, they do all night happy hour and the back bar is half price. If you’ve been eyeing the boujee bourbons or crazy gins, this is your chance to go wild. Meanwhile, lazy Sundays are still on with elevated highballs and Proof’s barrel-aged cocktail collection.
