Monki Bistro is opening a second Calgary location

Monki Bistro is one of Calgary’s favourite breakfast spots, so we’re beyond stoked that they’re finally opening a second location. For a few years now we’ve been ready to wait in line to snag some delicious Monki Bistro eats, but now we should be able to dive into some grub sans wait. Get ready, Inglewood, Monki is coming in hot.

Since 2012, Monki Bistro has helped shape Calgary’s new wave of breakfast restaurants. It’s a staple of the Beltline, and has a menu that caters to every type of taster. We’re talking sweet, savoury, succulent, spicy, and much, much more.

We’ve found some favourites with Monki’s eggs-benny options and chocolate domes, but it’s damn near impossible to pick something off the menu that isn’t downright delicious. A second location means twice as much Monki food being made, so we’re getting our appetites ready.

All we know so far is that the second Monki Bistro is supposed to be opening up shop in Inglewood in April of 2019. We’ll keep an eye on their opening date and be sure to let you know.
