Canada’s biggest & cheesiest poutine festival returns from coast-to-coast next month
Have you established a New Year’s resolution yet, Canada? If not, have we got a good one for you! This year, treat yourselves! Heck, we’ve even got a pretty good place to kick start your journey of indulgence! This February, check out who’s competing in Saputo’s La Poutine Week, a national competition open to all restaurants willing to participate.
Every year, without fail, we’ve seen some forking crazy submissions and we don’t expect anything less from 2021.

From the Sunny D mac and cheese poutine from Leopold’s Tavern to the country fried chicken and waffle dish offered at Winnipeg’s Junction 59 Roadhouse, restaurants from coast to coast have made our mouths water and have saved some lives along the way.
You see, not only does this nationwide event taste incredible and encourage people to eat locally, but they also give back!
Since 2018, Poutine Week has had more than 350k participants and has raised over $250,000 for charities across Canada. Pretty cool, hey?
