Calgary is getting a brand-new boutique coffee shop
We wouldn’t call a coffee diet healthy, so we’re very down for some actual health in our coffee run. Cafe Alchemist is about to open here in Calgary, and they’ve got some pretty wicked eats to pair with your morning cup!
What we know about the cafe so far is this: it’s a place to snag healthy breakfasts and lunch rather than just grab a cup of coffee. Well, you can still just grab a cup of coffee. You can’t be called a cafe without offering that. However, it seems this place is going above and beyond the basics.

Does your cafe offer a quarter confit chicken? Didn’t think so. Grab a seat in the 40-person modern dining area to enjoy your meal if you’re not in a rush. Don’t have the time to muck a quarter chicken? That’s okay, they’ve got delicious Dutch brew coffees and plenty more on the grab and go drink menu.
