Cactus Club unveils ‘Kyoto Fizz’ cocktail

This refreshing and floral drink uses a base of yuzu (Japanese citrus) and white peach. Then comes some vodka and Gekkeikan sake. Finally, there’s a touch of chamomile and butterfly pea flower to add a little depth to this very light, citrus forward cocktail.
