Annabelle’s Kitchen is opening a new Stephen Avenue location this week!
Shoutout to YYC’s resto industry for making it incredibly easy for us to eat our feelings. We’ve really gone through it over the last few months, but July has put a bit of a skip back into our step. Several new and tasty spots have opened and we”re only halfway through the month. Blessed. Well, we hope you still have room this week, Calgary because Annabelle’s Kitchen will be opening their downtown location this Friday!
Annabelle’s will be taking over the spot that was previously occupied for 13 years by their sister restaurant Blink, and we were super sad to see them go. However, with pasta on the horizon and pizza in the cards, we’ve recovered rather quickly.

Annabelle’s is described as being ‘a modern neighbourhood Italian restaurant,” so, as you can imagine their decor was a bit off from Blink’s fine dining-digs. They’ve had to update the space, so not only are we excited for the inevitable carb-coma, we’re jonesing to see the place in all its reborn glory.
If you’d like to join us in checking it out, it’s recommended that you make a reservation, friends. Just remember to save room for dessert! We’ll see you there!
