An exclusive look at Calgary’s newest noodle bar
Taro jelly. Dumplings. Noodles. Pineapple beer. You drooling yet Calgs? ‘Cause we sure are, and it’s all Lambo Noodle Bar’s fault. This new spot just opened up in Tuxedo Park and it is seriously changing our lives.
With bright decor, lots of table seating, and a handful of stools at the bar, Lambo is looking fresh. Adorable lucky cats adorn the front of the restaurant, making the place feel inviting as ever. But as much as we love their look, we gotta say we love their food even more.
They’ve got a wide selection of dumplings, authentic noodle soups and sides like fish balls, takoyaki (fried octopus), fish balls and Taiwanese sausages. The flavours are ultra fresh here– our fave might be their beef brisket, which is super tender and tasty.

Their fruit teas are no joke either– ranging in flavour from cheese strawberry tea to grapefruit to mango, they’re essentially a tropical vacation in a glass. Never had a cheese tea? Just imagine sweet cream cheese complimenting fresh fruit. It’s refreshing and a bit decadent at the same time.
Verdict: Lambo is a must try and a welcome addition to the Asian food scene here in Calgary. Grab the crew and split a couple dumplings, we’re pretty sure it’ll be the highlight of your day.
