A behind-the-scenes look at the newest NY-style pizza shop in Calgary
If you missed our earlier articles about this spot, buckle up for some serious drooling action, Calgary. Carmine’s is a new NY-style pizza place, and it’s delicious as heck. Also, OUCH, why aren’t you reading our stuff?! We thought we had a connection.
Anyway, we’re over it. Here’s the scoop on Carmine’s, the hottest new ‘za spot since we don’t know when.
Right on cue at the *official* start of summer (and at our Stampede craving high point), Carmine’s Pizzeria has opened up shop. They’re serving New York-Style slices along with plenty of goodies, which means our summer bod has officially left the building… But we’re not mad. Honestly, we might even be in love.
Grab a slice from any of the 4 rotating pies at any given time. Like meat? Grab some of that pepperoni olive action. Or just go for classic cheese. We don’t judge, we just expect you pair everything with a couple specialty beers and wines.
