This city has no shortage of funky spots, delicious restos and popups and the only downside is having to narrow it down – but that’s what we’re here for! K-Town Chicken
Toto, we have a feeling we’re not in Kentucky anymore… No shade to all other fried chicken places, but K-Town may actually be the best of the best. Seriously, if you guys haven’t check this place out, it might ruin your tastebuds for anything and everything else. Pair a drumstick of their crispy bliss with their Soy Garlic sauce and wow. Life-changing.

ConMi Taco

We dig a good popup here at Curiocity – and we’re also a big fan of handhelds, so ConMi Taco is just… * chef’s kiss.* Not only is their food extremely tasty and super dippable. their temp resto is also super COVID friendly. If you’re not ready to head out just yet, you can actually order a taco kit to be delivered to your home!

Nan’s Noodle House
Calgary’s newest spot, Nan’s Noodle House is basically the herbivorous answer to the perfect cozy fall meal but don’t thank us yet. There’s even more to this spot than meets the menu! Not only is this adorable express noodle house a cute little place to warm up from the inside out, but it’s also a spot where you’ll be able to pick up a variety of Thai sauces, grab and go meals, vegan proteins, AND specialty plant-based foods that you probably won’t be able to find anywhere else.
