Sled Island just released their 2019 First Wave Lineup
Attention music fans, AKA everyone: Sled Island has rolled out their first wave lineup of artists! We’ve been counting down the days till June 19 already, but now that this wicked list has come out we’re even more anxious for the day to arrive.
Guest curator Julien Baker really outdid herself. The selection of artists this year is thoughtful and diverse, with acts from Philadelphia crooner Michelle Zauner to button-pushing rapper JPEGMAFIA and avant-garde artist LE1F.

If you’re more of a rocker, you’ll be pleased to hear that Alicia Bognanno will be appearing with her Nashville-jaded troupe Bully. Experimental artists like Lubomyr Melnyk and William Basinksi will also perform, along with many, many more inspired acts.
