How many yards of hot coals would you walk across to have Sam Hunt step on your foot? If the answer is more than 0, you need to tune into the Bud Light House Party tonight in Calgary. That’s right- Sam Hunt is in Calgary, and he’s throwing a rager in someone’s home. Probably picked a mansion out in Springbank. We’re on the Hunt hunt.
In case you need to be brought up to speed, Bud Light has been throwing house parties across Canada this summer. They’ve shaken the walls with Alison Wonderland in Montreal, and they’ve tempted a noise complaint from neighbours with the 2Chainz show in Toronto.
Now, it’s Calgary’s turn. True to the Cowtown image, they picked out a country megastar to lead the charge. Sadly, you can’t actually attend the party- but you can livestream it, which is the next best thing. The next next best thing is reading people’s DMs to Bud Light about going to the party. The Bud Light House Party has made plenty of noise before coming to Calgary. The campaign has reached thousands of Canadians, with more than 300 fans in attendance at the invite-only house parties and over 450,000 tuning into the livestreams. Let’s blow that number up- tune in right here.
