Calgary Transit is quite a mystery. Who sat in that exact seat before you and were they clipping their toenails (we’ve seen it…)? How many Dome beer vomits have been cleaned from the ground underneath your feet? Who knows! Luckily or unluckily, soon little will be left to the imagination for C-Train riders. Prepare yourselves YYC, the 2020 No Pants C-Train Ride is coming!
To the dismay of many commuters globally, the event that started in New York as a harmless prank has actually been held annually for the last 18 years.

People who choose to participate in the pants-less journey are encouraged to do so wearing the rest of their warmer winter wear as they regularly would, and then act completely natural once they’re onboard.
Unfortunately, acting completely natural while pantsless outside in Calgary may be pretty difficult next week, because temperatures are expected to dip well below freezing.
Before baring it all, there will be a meeting open to anyone and everyone at the Palomino Smokehouse and Social Club at 3:30 PM. We’re not really sure what it’s about, but it’s held by event organizers Improv Everywhere.
Maybe you could say that during this meeting there will be… assless-chats? Get it? Like assless chaps? Because they’re not wearing pants and they’re chatting? We’re sorry, we had to.
