Catch a flick, win prizes, & play games at a party on 17th Ave this weekend
Don’t have plans this weekend? What’s with that?! Don’t worry though Calgs, we have a way for you to take advantage of our (only) nice day in the upcoming forecast. And it happens to be a party on 17th!
This particular party includes live music, games, giveaways, and movies in Tomkins Park. It’s fam-friendly, which means all your lil tots are welcome to come out and enjoy the fun. We can’t promise we won’t be diving into a few afternoon delights (mojitos, anyone?) though.

The movie on the docket this time is Captain Marvel, so you can get your Avengers fix while you sip on somethin’ refreshing. Next weekend will be Jurassic World, and following that will be Jumanji. Pretty dece lineup!
Movie screenings begin in Tomkins Park at 6:00 pm, so stick around after the festivities start at 12 to catch it. We’ll see you at the party on 17th for a good time, Calgary!
